How do I skip or pause a delivery?
Sign in to your account, open your subscription and choose skip or pause. Make changes before your next billing date so they apply to that delivery.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account any time. There’s no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee.
Can I change my cartons or how often they arrive?
You can change how often they arrive in your account. To change your cartons, email enquiry@wallabywater.com.au and we’ll update it for you.
Is delivery free on subscriptions?
Yes, on 2 or more cartons. A single-carton subscription has $10 delivery on each order, even if your first order was free.
When am I charged?
Your first delivery is charged at checkout. After that, we charge the same card each time a delivery is due.
