1. About these terms

wallabywater.com.au is run by Main Street Beverage Company Pty Ltd (ABN 77 631 420 141), trading as Wallaby Water ("we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our shipping, refund and returns, subscription and privacy policies. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious mistake in a price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid.
We may limit the quantity of a product per order.

4. Our products

We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately. Our spring water is a natural product, so its mineral content can vary slightly from the typical analysis we publish. Colours on screen may also differ a little from the real thing.

5. Payment and subscriptions

Payment is taken at checkout. If you subscribe, we'll charge you for each delivery as set out in our subscription policy, until you cancel.

6. Delivery and returns

Our shipping policy explains where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes. Our refund and returns policy explains what to do if something's not right.

7. Using our website

Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to break its security, scraping it or uploading anything harmful. The words, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to us or the people we work with, and you can't reuse them without our permission. Links to other websites are there for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

8. Our liability

As well as your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and only as far as the law allows, we're not responsible for any indirect loss (such as lost profits) arising from your use of our website or products.
